These terms govern use of Appletide's website, browser extensions, and paid software licenses. By purchasing or using a product, you agree to these terms and the product information shown before checkout.

Products and delivery

Appletide provides downloadable browser software and digital license access. No physical goods are shipped. A successful paid purchase is fulfilled electronically using the checkout email. Product requirements, included features, price, and license limits are stated on the applicable product page and at checkout.

License

A paid purchase grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the product within the stated activation limit. SheetDiff Pro currently permits activation on up to three browser installations. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, bypass license controls, or use a product unlawfully.

Payments

Creem acts as merchant of record and handles checkout, payment processing, applicable taxes, receipts, and approved refunds. SheetDiff Pro is currently sold for $12 USD as a one-time purchase with no recurring subscription or automatic renewal. The final checkout page controls if its displayed details differ.

Product scope

SheetDiff results depend on the source files and key column selected by the user. ShopSpy reports public storefront signals and does not provide verified sales or private store data. MeetTrack produces approximate observations and must not be the sole source for high-stakes attendance decisions.

Updates and availability

Appletide may update products for browser compatibility, security, usability, or legal compliance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation with every website, browser release, file, or third-party service. Features explicitly marked Beta or In development are not part of a paid purchase unless the checkout page says otherwise.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled under the Appletide refund policy and applicable Creem buyer terms.

Disclaimer and liability

Products are provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Appletide is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
