Refund policy

Effective September 8, 2026

This policy applies to digital software sold by Appletide through Creem. SheetDiff Pro is currently a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and has no automatic renewal.

14-day request window

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days after purchase. Requests are reviewed based on the purchase record, license use, reason for the request, applicable law, and Creem's buyer terms. This policy does not limit consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with the product name, purchase email, purchase date, and a brief reason for the request. Do not send card details or a complete license key.

Processing

Creem is the merchant of record and processes approved refunds to the original payment method. Appletide may ask Creem to locate and process the transaction. Bank or card processing times vary and are outside Appletide's control.

License access after refund

A refunded or charged-back purchase may cause the associated license to be revoked. The free features of a product, where offered, remain available under their normal limits.

Duplicate or unauthorized charges

Contact support promptly if you believe a purchase was duplicated or unauthorized. Creem may request additional information to investigate the payment securely.
