CUSTOMER SUPPORT

How can we help?

Support for Appletide products, licenses, payments, and refunds.

Email support

Send your request to [email protected]. We aim to respond within two business days; replies may come from an Appletide support mailbox.

Email support

Include with your request

Tell us the product name, Chrome version, a short description of the issue, and the email used for purchase when the question is about billing or licensing.

Protect your information

Do not email card numbers, passwords, identity documents, or a complete license key. The final four characters of a license key are enough for initial support.

Payment and refunds

Creem is the merchant of record for paid Appletide products. It handles secure checkout, applicable taxes, receipts, and approved refunds. Review our refund policy before submitting a request.

License access

After successful checkout, review the confirmation screen and the purchase information Creem sends to the checkout email. Check spam or promotions folders, then contact us with the purchase email if the license information is missing.

LocalGuide recording

LocalGuide asks for access only to the website you choose to record. Chrome internal pages, the Chrome Web Store, some embedded frames, browser dialogs, and heavily customized editors cannot be captured reliably. If a workflow moves to a different website, LocalGuide pauses. Open LocalGuide again from the Chrome toolbar, authorize the current site, and choose Continue on this site.

LocalGuide privacy and recovery

Typed values are excluded from recorded events. Text-entry fields, editable text regions, and visible iframe content are masked before screenshots are saved locally. Other page content can still expose private information, so review every screenshot and add manual masks before sharing. If Chrome interrupts a recording, reopen LocalGuide; the session should be restored in a paused state. Use the local backup export before clearing extension data or moving to another computer.

LocalGuide exports

Standalone HTML opens in a browser. Markdown is delivered as a ZIP containing the guide and its image assets. For PDF, choose Print / Save PDF and select your browser's Save as PDF destination. If a long guide paginates poorly, reduce print scale or use the standalone HTML export.

Open the LocalGuide help center for instructions in English, Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, German, and French.
